The Ike Foundation – Hook’em Early Kids Fishing Event

Join us for a day of outdoor fun and learning at Ike’s Hook’em Early Kids Fishing Event, where our mission is to connect underserved boys and girls with the joys of fishing and the beauty of nature. This hands-on experience offers up to 100 kids the chance to fish at a local lake, guided by passionate volunteers who teach the fundamentals of freshwater fishing.

Through fishing, we foster personal growth, build confidence, and inspire a lifelong commitment to conservation and protecting our natural environment.

Prizes awarded at the end of the event for standout catches!

We’re looking for volunteers!
If you have experience in freshwater fishing and are proficient in basic skills like casting, baiting hooks, releasing fish, and untangling lines, we’d love your help.
