“Be a Bunny” was a huge success! The buckets delivered to youth in foster care and supported by CASA volunteers, will bring a smile to so many faces. The WaveMakers were incredibly generous and provided more buckets than ever before. – Julie Bellezza, Volunteer & Community Engagement Coordinator, OceanFirst Foundation
OceanFirst Foundation was delighted to partner with Court Appointed Special Advocates of Atlantic & Cape May Counties, Court Appointed Special Advocates of Monmouth County, Court Appointed Special Advocates of Ocean County, Court Appointed Special Advocates of Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties and Family Promise of the Jersey Shore for the 3rd year of the “Be a Bunny” Spring Bucket Collection. This special initiative engaged OceanFirst Bank Wavemaker volunteers and caring individuals from the community, to donate beach buckets filled with spring essentials to local youth. This year, over 200 buckets were distributed!
